Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic, disciplined, and results-driven Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to provide financial leadership and steer the organisation toward sustainable growth and profitability. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, shaping financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting executive decision-making.
This role requires a leader who combines strong financial expertise with business insight and the ability to translate numbers into strategy.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s financial strategy
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Drive financial risk management and internal controls
  • Oversee financial reporting, audits, and tax planning
  • Support business expansion, partnerships, and investment decisions
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights
  • Lead and develop the finance team for high performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in senior leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent is required
  • Strong understanding of financial strategy, corporate finance, and governance
  • Proven experience in financial planning, risk management, and compliance
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with executive leadership and boards is an added advantage
