Position : Chief Finance Officer - Accra

Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to provide financial leadership and guide the organization toward sustainable growth and long-term stability. The CFO will oversee all financial functions, drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, and support executive decision-making through sound financial insight.
This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong balance between financial expertise and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization’s financial planning and strategy
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure effective financial controls and risk management
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure
  • Provide financial guidance to executive leadership and the Board
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Lead audit, tax planning, and financial governance processes
  • Support strategic initiatives, growth plans, and investments
  • Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is required
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience
  • At least 5 years in senior leadership
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and governance
  • Experience in financial strategy and performance management
  • Proven leadership and decision-making ability
