Position : Caretaker - International

Our client is looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join their team. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual passionate about maintaining and improving workspaces in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance

  • Perform minor repairs and report major maintenance needs.
  • Regularly inspect and ensure the proper functioning of heating, lighting, and alarm systems.
  • Secure all doors and windows when not in use.

2. Cleaning

  • Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas, including parking lots, walkways, and entrances.

3. Gardening

  • Care for office greenery through watering, pruning, and landscaping.
  • Ensure plants remain healthy and visually appealing.

4. Opening and Closing Duties

  • Open the office each morning and securely lock it at the end of the day.

5. Coordination with Contractors

  • Arrange for external contractors to handle major repairs or specialized maintenance tasks.
  • Supervise contractor work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Basic handyman skills with knowledge of minor repairs.
  • Understanding of safety and security protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with contractors and overseeing cleaning staff.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
