Car Credit Sales Manager - Addis Ababa

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Car Credit Sales Manager to join our team at Digaf Micro Credit Providers S.C. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our car credit sales team, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve car credit sales targets and drive business growth.2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of car credit sales representatives, providing coaching and support to ensure high performance.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships and other partners to expand the network and increase sales opportunities.4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective sales tactics.5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all car credit sales activities.6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.7. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
