Position : Call Centre Agent - Windhoek- Khomas

We are looking for vibrant, energetic individuals with exceptional Call Centre Customer service/ sales experience or basic Call centre experience to join our teams, We have various positions within the company for hiring and growth movement ranging from Lead Generators to Closers, Sales Representatives to Retention and collection Agents, Customer service executors, Trainer, Team leaders and Campaign Managers. Role Description:
This is a full-time, remote position for a Call Centre Agent position. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage potential customers with persuasive communication, and deliver excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, promoting products or services, addressing enquiries, and meeting sales targets. You may also assist in training new team members as necessary.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address enquiries professionally
    • Proficiency in Sales and Insurance processes for lead generation, pitching, and closing sales
    • Ability to provide or contribute to Training for team development and performance enhancement
    • Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude, with adaptability to a remote working environment
    • Previous experience in a call centre or similar role is a plus
    • Ability to work in a high pressured environment.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent and well-spoken in English (MUST)
    • Minimum of two years experience in the Call centre/ Customer service environment.

    Must have no other jobs/studies/exams to finish off.

    • Laptop or PC Operating System Windows 10/11 with a 64bit processor and 8GB RAM (No tablets or cellular devices).
    • Computer literate.
    • Fibre connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 mbps.
    • Headset USB 2.0 connection (No Bluetooth or Aux headsets).
    • Smart phone with WhatsApp essential.
    • Lan/Ethernet cable (plugged into Fibre router and computer for a stable connection).
    • MUST have atleast 64BIT processor.
    • MUST have atleast 8GB RAM.
    • Backup power for your router and PC in case of a power outage. Eg. a UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) or a Generator. (MUST last 4-8 hours)
