Position : Call Center Agent - Remote - All Cities of Tanzania, Work from Home - All Cities Of Tanzania, Work From Home

Calls Experts is hiring full-time Call Center Agents to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle inbound/outbound calls and provide administrative support such as lead qualification and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage call traffic and qualify leads for live transfers ;
  • Resolve customer inquiries and update records ;
  • Maintain spreadsheets and assist with scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English ;
  • Remote work-ready: PC/Mac with 8GB RAM, 4000+ CPU score, Windows 10/11 or macOS, and stable fiber internet ;
  • Available for 8–9 hour shifts, 5 days/week between 9 AM – 9 PM EST ;
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills ;
  • Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.

 
Compensation:

  • Base: $500 USD/month (approx. $2.84/hour for 176 hours) ;
  • Incentives: Up to $500 USD/month ;
  • Overtime paid separately.
