Position : Call Center Agent - Online

We are looking for Call Center Agent for Cosmetics.
Responsibilities :

  • Responding to and advising customers about products, including usage instructions, before, during, and after sales via online channels (the company advertises products, and customers leave their information such as name, phone number, etc.).
  • You are only responsible for addressing customer inquiries and do not need to search for customers.
  • Stay updated on promotional offers and sales programs to provide customers with the most accurate advice.

Required profile for job ad : Call Center Agent - Online

  • German: Good communication and chat skills (approximately B2 level or higher; no certificate required, but a test will be conducted during the interview).
  • Being able to communicate in English is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Hard-working, responsible, and dedicated to the job.
  • Experience: No prior experience is required as training will be provided. However, prior experience in online sales or the cosmetics industry is an advantage.
