Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and lead initiatives that support long-term company growth.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive market environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure successful client onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
