Position : Business Development Manager - Accra
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development goals with brand initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Track and report on business development activities, sales progress, and ROI.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business development strategies and principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
