Position : Business Development Executive - Greater Accra
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at SWAD Digital Solutions. This role involves proactively identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth within the Accra region. The position requires working in a dynamic and professional environment, with a focus on expanding our market presence and delivering tailored technology solutions to diverse clients.
Missions:
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads across assigned territories and sectors in Ghana, including SMEs, large enterprises, hospitality operators, and public-sector organizations.
- Develop and implement a structured outreach plan utilizing cold calls, email campaigns, referrals, networking events, and digital channels to generate new opportunities.
- Present and pitch the comprehensive SWAD Digital Solutions portfolio—covering SWAD Cloud, HotelGo, NetCaller, Aria Messenger, cybersecurity services, and IT consulting—to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations aligned with client needs to facilitate successful sales closures.
- Negotiate commercial terms within the company's pricing and discount frameworks to close deals effectively.
Account Management:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the product suite.
- Serve as the primary contact during onboarding and post-sale phases, coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Maintain accurate and current records of pipeline activities, client interactions, and deal progress within the company CRM system.
- Submit weekly activity reports and pipeline updates to the Team Leader and Head of Sales & Business Development.
- Participate actively in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and training programs as scheduled.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to support product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within technology, SaaS, or digital services sectors.
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the Ghanaian business landscape and client acquisition processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Advantageous:
- Experience selling cloud services, SaaS platforms, or managed IT solutions.
- Existing network within the hospitality, financial services, or enterprise sectors in Ghana.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools or enterprise software products.
- Experience working in remote or distributed sales environments.
