We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator.
The Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the company’s growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, coordinating sales and marketing activities, and contributing to strategic development projects. This role serves as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of business development plans and efficient communication across departments.
The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks related to sales support, market research, client engagement, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Opportunity Development
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new business opportunities.
- Assist in generating leads through networking, referrals, social platforms, and targeted outreach.
- Maintain and update the business development pipeline and client databases.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Support
- Support client onboarding processes and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up on client enquiries, prepare proposals, and assist in presenting solutions.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and business development activities with potential partners.
3. Sales & Marketing Coordination
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in preparing sales materials, company profiles, marketing content, and promotional documents.

4. Proposal & Documentation Support
- Assist in drafting proposals, quotations, tenders, contracts, and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or related field.
- Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in business development, sales support, marketing coordination, or client service is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and basic marketing principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
