Qualifications
1. Business Analysts
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and challenges.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver actionable insights and high-quality deliverables.
• Assist with problem-solving and support senior team members in managing projects

Requirements:
Strong work ethic and a passion for learning.Good comprehension, critical thinking, and business writing skills.A commitment to “figuring things out” and bridging learning or competency gaps with resourcefulness. 
2. Senior Analysts
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and solve complex business challenges across various projects.Develop and document high-quality deliverables, including reports, workflows, and presentations.Critically evaluate business problems and articulate solutions in clear, comprehensive documentation.Requirements:
Adept at critical thinking, problem-solving, and business writing.Stellar documentation skills, with exposure to solving a variety of business problems.Demonstrated ability to produce polished, professional deliverables with attention to detail. 
3. Senior Associates
Key Responsibilities:
Solve high-level business challenges and create comprehensive, well-documented solutions.Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and deliverables.Oversee teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.Lead stakeholder engagements and articulate project findings effectively.Requirements:
All the skills required for Senior Analysts, but at a more advanced level.Proven ability to manage both projects and teams.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results across multiple workstreams.
