Seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the operations, sales, marketing, and performance of an artisan training center. The ideal candidate is a qualified artisan with strong technical expertise, managerial experience, and a passion for sales and business development. This role combines operational management, client engagement, and facilitation to ensure the branch meets its objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:Branch Management (25% of Role):

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee resource optimization, health and safety protocols, and accreditation requirements.
• Align branch activities with organizational goals through regular communication with senior management.

Sales and Business Development (75% of Role):

• Develop strategies to increase sales and expand the client base.
• Convert leads into sales and drive profitable operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and training hosts.
• Promote company services and explore opportunities to broaden offerings.

Training and Facilitation:

• Step in as a facilitator when necessary to maintain uninterrupted training delivery.
• Ensure high-quality training outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build relationships with host employers to facilitate learner placements.
• Visit host companies to support learners and ensure adherence to training requirements.
