Job Description
As a Biomedical Field Service Engineer at Encore Medics Ltd, you will support our customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of our company's and multi-vendor systems solutions. Our varied product lines include hardware, software, and networking products as well as operating systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing the highest levels of customer service and solving customer problems efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
·       Product and System Support:

• Install, optimize, and maintain hardware, software, and networking products and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems, performing necessary maintenance and repairs.

·       Customer Engagement:

• Develop and maintain good after-sales support and goodwill with customers.
• Schedule periodic visits to all customers and conduct satisfaction surveys.
• Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruptions of customers' business.

·       Sales and Marketing Support:

• Assist the sales and marketing team in preparation of sales proposals, bid documents, contract administration, planning, and scheduling work programs.
• Design and deliver effective product/technical presentations or training that promote the features and benefits of our product range.
• Conduct opportunities and surveys of industry trends and competitor products, identify opportunities, and contribute to business growth.

·       Product and Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and product performance.

·       Equipment Management:

• Develop and maintain the installed equipment register with appropriate details.
• Keep track of preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely service.
• Develop and maintain the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for service of our equipment.

·       Training and Development:

• Attend training virtually and travel internationally to attend training sessions from our manufacturers.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical and analytical devices.

·       Events and Exhibitions:

• Attend exhibitions and industry events to promote Encore Medics Ltd and our product range.
