Position : Bidding Consultant - Mogadishu

We are looking for a Bidding Consultant.
The Bid & Proposal Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, analyzing RFPs/EOIs, and preparing high-quality technical and financial proposals for donor, NGO, UN, and government-funded projects. The role involves ensuring full compliance with tender requirements, coordinating inputs from technical teams, and submitting proposals within strict deadlines.

Required profile for job ad : Bidding Consultant - Mogadishu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bid/proposal development and tender management
  • Proven experience working with NGOs, UN agencies, donors, or government projects
  • Strong knowledge of RFP, RFQ, and EOI processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Experience in budget preparation and financial proposals
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
