Position : Barman and Waitress - Pretoria

Overview:A well-established, upmarket casual dining restaurant in Pretoria is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented restaurant staff to join our front-of-house team. We’re seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment and are passionate about delivering a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth customer flow.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide attentive and personalized customer service at all times.
  • Work closely with fellow waitstaff and bar staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist with managing guest expectations and resolving any issues with a positive attitude.
  • Support the floor team in maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout service.
  • Barman candidates should be able to mix drinks, manage bar stock, and maintain bar hygiene.
