Position : B2B Sales Representative – Meinert Cybersecurity - Windhoek

Meinert Cybersecurity is expanding and looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative to sell our cybersecurity awareness and phishing-simulation licences to organisations across South Africa and Namibia.
You will focus on engaging decision-makers in banks, insurance companies, corporates, parastatals, SMEs, and other professional industries.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident, target-driven, and comfortable selling annual licence-based products.
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect B2B clients such as banks, SMEs, corporates, and professional firms
  • Generate new leads through outreach, networking, and follow-ups
  • Present our cybersecurity awareness and phishing-simulation solutions
  • Explain licensing options, pricing models, and product benefits
  • Set up demos for clients (you will be trained to present the platform)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage pipeline and track activities in HubSpot
  • Negotiate deals and close sales
  • Work closely with technical and support teams to onboard new clients

Requirements

  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Confident speaking with executives, IT managers, HR, and compliance teams
  • Prior B2B sales experience is an advantage
  • Experience in IT or cybersecurity is a bonus (not required – we will train you)
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and target-oriented
  • Able to work independently and manage your own time
  • Basic understanding of email, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, and general business tools
  • Own laptop and internet connection
