Position : Assistant Sales and Marketing Executive - Nairobi

We are looking for an Assistant Sales and Marketing Executive. The Assistant Sales and Marketing Executive will handle prospecting client, conduct follow ups on the prospects, ensure closing of sales from the prospects, and support on onboarding clients. Assist in monitoring social media performance, handling prospects from the social media, and converting prospects into actual sales.

  • Meet and exceed the monthly Individual Revenue Target set by the company and report using the approved platforms.
  • Meet and exceed the monthly Individual Collections Target set by the company and report using the approved platforms.
  • Meet and exceed the monthly Individual Follow Ups Target set by the company and report using the approved platforms.
  • Create new influential connections for business growth by representing the company in key forums and media.

Required profile for job ad : Assistant Sales and Marketing Executive - Nairobi

Reguired for the Position:

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or Commerce.
  • Skills and Certification in Sales and Customer Service for sales closing and for public relations.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with a company handling related products and services.
  • Strong written and oral presentation and professional communication skills.
  • Outstanding emotional intelligence skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with integrity and with minimal supervision.
