About the Role
Roof Top is looking for highly motivated Appointment Setters to join our remote team. You’ll talk to homeowners, qualify prospects, and book roofing inspection appointments that meet our quality standards.
This is a results-driven role for individuals who are competitive, detail-oriented, and thrive on achieving measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners within approved campaign hours
  • Qualify prospects based on Roof Top’s standards
  • Schedule roofing inspection appointments accurately
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Keep accurate records of calls and appointments
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve results and meet performance goals

Qualifications

  • Strong spoken English (conversational to advanced)
  • Experience in sales, cold calling, call centers, or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Confident on the phone and able to handle objections
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
  • Goal-oriented, positive attitude, and coachable
