Position : Appointment Generation Expert - Remote

About the Role
We are looking for an Appointment Generation Expert / Cold Calling Expert who can confidently communicate with international clients, schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects and qualify leads.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update lead database and CRM.
  • Follow scripts and maintain high professionalism on every call.
  • Handle basic objections and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly appointment targets.
  • Provide timely reports on calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.

Requirements: 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in cold calling / telesales / BPO / appointment setting preferred.
  • Laptop/PC, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and persistence.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
