Position : Air Freight Specialist - Tanzania
Starlight Airlines is seeking an Air Freight Specialist to manage and optimize air cargo operations. This role involves handling air freight logistics, coordinating with airlines, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage air freight shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customs.
- Negotiate pricing and shipping terms.
- Prepare necessary shipping documents and reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve shipment issues.
