Position : Administrative Officer - Surulere

We are looking for an Administrative Officer.
The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the department. This role requires a highly organised and efficient individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:

  • General Office Administration:

    • Manage office supplies and equipment.
    • Maintain office records and files.
    • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
    • Greet and direct visitors.
    • Answer and direct phone calls.
    • Schedule meetings and appointments.
    • Assist with travel arrangements.
    • Manage office correspondence, including mail and email.
  • Human Resources Support:
  • Support employee relations activities.
  • Financial Support:

    • Assist with budget preparation and tracking.
    • Process invoices and expense reports.
  • Other Duties as Assigned:

    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile for job ad : Administrative Officer - Surulere

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum [Number] years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
