Seeking a dependable and experienced professional for a versatile hybrid position that combines elements of administration, accounting, and project coordination. This role is perfectly suited to someone who values stability, has a strong work ethic, and is confident in juggling a variety of responsibilities within a dynamic working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a similar role within the manufacturing, engineering or packaging industries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing administrative functions, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Assisting with financial processes by tracking expenses, managing debtors and creditors, and preparing reports.
- Facilitating project execution through effective coordination and support.
- Offering executive assistance to senior leadership as needed.
- Handling errands and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Managing inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and confidence.
- Providing flexible support across different functions as and when necessary.

Required profile for job ad : Administrative Finance & Project Coordinator - Cape Town
- Diploma or Degree in Finance or Project Management
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in working with Sage accounting software
- Familiarity with Project management software such as Zoho, ClickUp or Trello.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle essential
