Position : Admin Executive - Nairobi
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our office in Kenya. The ideal candidate will manage office operations, coordinate documentation, assist in communication, and ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Office Administration & Coordination
- Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and calls.

Document Management & Reporting
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, reports, and records.
- Ensure proper filing, data entry, and document security.
- Assist in drafting letters, presentations, and official communications.

Finance & Procurement Support
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash handling.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and vendor management.
- Maintain basic financial records and liaise with the finance team.

HR & Employee Support
- Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting in recruitment processes.
- Coordinate staff meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Assist in processing leave requests and tracking attendance.

Operations & Logistics
- Assist in organizing travel arrangements, bookings, and accommodation for employees.
- Support logistics coordination for office-related activities and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in administrative or operations roles.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
