We are looking for an Accountant.
Job Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards. The role is vital in supporting the company’s financial operations and contributing to the achievement of our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor budgets and assist with financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns.
  • Conduct periodic audits of financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project managers to track project budgets and expenditures.
  • Assist in preparing financial analyses and variance reports.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant in the construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
