Position : Accountant - Arusha

We are looking for an Accountant.
Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures, ensuring appropriate internal controls.
  • Assist with the month-end close process and financial reporting.
  • Prepare account reconciliations and payroll journal entries.
  • Work with department to prepare detailed expense budgets, analyze budget/actual variances and review with department managers and senior management.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis related to the company’s farms operations.
  • Support financial and regulatory audits

Required profile for job ad : Accountant - Arusha

  • Diploma in Accounting plus 1-3 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Inherent leadership skills and the ability to inspire confidence in client base.
  • Maintain excellent on-going working relationships with other internal and external personnel
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with advance Excel skills
  • The Candidate should be require to work on-site and live in Farm.
