Position : Academic and Corporate Research Consultant - Lusaka

PulseProdigy Systems is seeking a dynamic Academic and Corporate Research Consultant to join our innovative team. 
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth academic and corporate research, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Develop and review research proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations for academic publications or corporate projects.
  • Provide strategic research support to consulting projects across various sectors such as finance, technology, education, and business management.
  • Collaborate with the internal team and external partners to ensure research outputs align with client and organizational goals.
  • Engage in academic writing and contribute to peer-reviewed journals, conferences, and other platforms.
  • Advise on research methodology and best practices, ensuring high standards of research quality and integrity.

 

     
     

    Required profile for job ad : Academic and Corporate Research Consultant - Lusaka

     

    • Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage
    • Not less than 1 year of experience
    • Proven experience in conducting academic and corporate research.
    • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, STATA, E-Views, R, SPSS, NVivo, or similar.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality reports and publications.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with both academic and industry-specific research methodologies and practices.
