We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative to join our Gaborone team on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Promote and sell automotive, commercial, and industrial batteries
  • Conduct regular client visits and product presentations
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and support

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years proven sales experience (automotive industry experience advantageous)
  • Fluent in Setswana and English (spoken and written)
  • Must have own reliable transport
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Good knowledge of the Gaborone market
