Position : Commercial Manager - Training School - Nairobi

We are looking for a Commercial Manager - Training School.
Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to grow student enrolment and corporate training contracts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and market segments.
  • Market the school’s training programs to individuals, corporate clients and institutions.
  • Develop proposals, quotations and commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate training schedules and oversee smooth delivery of programs.
  • Engage and manage trainers on a need basis to ensure quality training delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare periodic sales, enrolment and performance reports for management.
  • Support compliance and certification requirements relevant to training institutions.

Required profile for job ad : Commercial Manager - Training School - Nairobi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Experience in security sector and training.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
