We are looking for a Director of Finance.

Required profile for job ad : Director of Finance - Remote

Requirements:  

  • CPA or CA designation required. 
  • 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience. 
  • Big 4 background strongly preferred. 
  • Deep mastery of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.   
  • Experience with complex consolidations and multi-entity structures. 
  • Strong M&A and purchase accounting experience. 
  • ERP and financial reporting system implementation experience. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
