Position : Hotel Marketing and Growth Manager - Nairobi

We are looking for a Hotel Marketing and Growth Manager.
Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target NGOs, corporates, government bodies, training firms, and AFCON-linked organizations to drive hotel bookings.
  • Build and manage professional sales decks, proposals, and pitch materials specifically for hotel services.
  • Execute direct outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, professional WhatsApp) to corporate procurement officers and travel managers.
  • Generate qualified leads and coordinate hotel site visits and walkthroughs for potential clients.
  • Support the sales team with follow-ups and proposal tracking for block bookings and events.
  • Maintain a structured lead-to-revenue pipeline tracker for all hotel accounts.
  • Assist in AFCON positioning and hotel readiness messaging to attract international delegations.

Required profile for job ad : Hotel Marketing and Growth Manager - Nairobi

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B or hotel marketing.
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, insurance, or corporate services preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and corporate travel planners.
  • Results-driven and revenue-oriented.
