Position : Branch Manageress - Kasoa

We are looking for a results-driven Branch Manageress to oversee operations, sales, and customer service at our ISP branch. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, lead the branch team, and drive growth in line with company goals.
Responsibilities

  • Manage daily branch operations and staff performance
  • Achieve sales targets for internet services and packages
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client issues
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and prepare reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and NCA regulations

Required profile for job ad : Branch Manageress - Kasoa

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in branch management, telecoms, or ISP operations with proven success in sales and customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams while fostering accountability and innovation.
  • Technical Awareness: Good understanding of ISP products, broadband services, and emerging digital trends.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Ghana’s ISP/telecom industry and regulatory environment (NCA compliance).
