We are looking for a Project Manager.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing projects within the organisation. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. The Project Manager coordinates teams, resources, schedules, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery from initiation to closure.
The ideal candidate is organised, detail‑oriented, analytical, and capable of managing complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. They must excel at communication, leadership, and problem‑solving while maintaining a customer‑centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Initiation

  • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
  • Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project expectations and goals.

2. Project Execution & Coordination

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project activities are executed effectively.
  • Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and coordinate daily operations.
  • Ensure project activities follow approved processes, standards, and quality controls.
  • Facilitate team collaboration, communication, and problem resolution.

3. Monitoring & Control

  • Track project progress against baseline plans using project management tools.
  • Monitor budgets, expenditures, and resource utilisation.
  • Identify risks, issues, and delays—implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations by providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project briefings.
  • Ensure client or sponsor requirements are understood and met.

5. Project Closure

  • Ensure all deliverables are completed, reviewed, and approved.
  • Conduct post‑project evaluations, lessons‑learned sessions, and documentation.
  • Finalise budgets, reports, and administrative closure activities.
  • Support transition of project outcomes to operational teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Masters degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Professional certifications are an added advantage.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing projects in relevant industries.
