We are now expanding into the Algerian market.We partner with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients by offering a complete range of travel solutions including accommodation, flights, transfers, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
Job Description
We are looking for a Market Manager – Algeria to lead and accelerate Novalia’s growth in the Algerian market.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the local B2B network, managing key partnerships, increasing platform adoption, and ensuring strong commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Novalia’s market strategy in Algeria
  • Identify, recruit, and manage travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients
  • Promote Novalia’s booking platform and solutions to travel professionals
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and manage contracts
  • Achieve sales targets and growth objectives
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support, marketing)

Candidate Profile (Required Qualifications)

  • Proven experience in the travel or tourism industry (B2B preferred)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a market autonomously
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Results-driven with a commercial mindset
