Position : Education Consultant - Accra

Job Overview:
We are looking for an Education Consultant.
The Education Consultant provides expert guidance to students, parents, educational institutions, and organizations to improve learning outcomes and support academic or career planning. The role involves assessing client needs, designing effective educational strategies, and ensuring alignment with institutional goals or national education standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise students and parents on suitable academic programs, institutions, and career paths.
  • Support schools or universities in developing and implementing curriculum improvements.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for academic performance enhancement.
  • Assist educational institutions with accreditation processes and quality assurance.
  • Develop training programs and workshops for teachers, staff, and administrators.
  • Stay updated on educational trends, policies, and technologies to provide relevant advice.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as government bodies, NGOs, and private organizations on education initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients or management.
  • Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented educational strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Management, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • +5 years proven experience as an Education Consultant, Academic Advisor, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international education systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in research, data analysis, and report writing.
  • High level of organizational and project management skills.
