We are looking for a Project Manager.
The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders while delivering high-quality results aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate, and manage projects from concept to closure
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project performance, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost effectively
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
  • Prepare and present regular progress, performance, and financial reports
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and organizational objectives
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Project Management or a related discipline
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience managing projects end-to-end
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello)
