Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • Accredited TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (120+ hours)
  • 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience
  • Reliable computer setup
  • Professional teaching environment

  • Computer: i5 processor or better @2.0 Ghz (4 performance cores/8CPUs),8GB RAM minimum
  • Internet: Stable fiber connection (20+ mbps upload/download)
  • Connection: Direct LAN cable connection (not WiFi)
  • Backup Power: UPS with 4-5 hours battery life (2000VA)
  • Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam, backup headset recommended
  • Workspace: Quiet, well-lit teaching environment
