Position : Travel Agent - Nairobi

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Agent to plan, book, and manage travel arrangements for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of travel operations, ticketing, visa processes, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on travel destinations, packages, fares, and travel requirements
  • Plan and book flights, accommodation, transfers, tours, and travel insurance
  • Handle ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds
  • Assist clients with visa applications and travel documentation
  • Provide accurate information on travel regulations and safety guidelines
  • Resolve travel-related issues professionally
  • Maintain client records and booking systems

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Travel Agent
