About Us:
Unicaf is offering internationally recognised degree programmes in partnership with top universities in the UK, US, and Africa. We are expanding our student recruitment operations in Egypt and are seeking motivated Call Centre Advisers to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective students and provide information about Unicaf programmes.
  • Guide applicants through the admissions process.
  • Achieve individual and team enrolment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and leads.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Strong sales or customer service background (previous call centre experience preferred).
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Motivated, professional, and target-driven personality.
