Position : Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer - Nairobi, CBD

We are looking for a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business)
  • Create and schedule daily posts, stories, reels, and promotional content
  • Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries promptly

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote products, offers, and new arrivals
  • Run basic paid ads or boosted posts (Facebook/Instagram) where required
  • Use digital marketing strategies to increase reach, engagement, and sales

Content Creation & Design

  • Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and social media graphics
  • Edit photos and videos for social media using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar
  • Take product photos and short videos using a smartphone

Customer Engagement & Sales Support

  • Convert online inquiries into shop visits and sales
  • Work closely with shop staff to stay updated on pricing and stock availability

Reporting & Improvement

  • Track basic analytics (engagement, inquiries, sales leads)
  • Suggest creative ideas to improve brand visibility and online growth

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
  • Basic graphic design and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with social media marketing tools and trends
  • Experience in electronics or mobile accessories is an added advantage
  • Ability to work from or commute easily to Nairobi CBD
