Position : Sales and Marketing Agent - Nairobi, CBD

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Agent.
Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development

  • Market recruitment and overseas placement services to individuals and corporate clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for local and international recruitment
  • Achieve set sales and placement targets consistently

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Conduct field sales, digital marketing, and corporate outreach activities
  • Promote overseas job opportunities through activations, referrals, and campaigns
  • Generate and follow up on leads from walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries

Client & Candidate Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with employers, partners, and job seekers
  • Educate candidates on recruitment processes, requirements, and placement timelines
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for overseas opportunities

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate sales and placement records
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and recruitment regulations
  • Provide regular performance reports to management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in recruitment, HR services, travel, or overseas placements
  • Experience in aggressive sales and target-driven environments is highly desirable
