Position : Senior/Head Chef - Karas

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Senior Chef with strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee evening kitchen operations.
The Senior Chef is responsible for the smooth running of kitchen operations during assigned shifts, ensuring consistent food quality, hygiene standards, and efficient service. The role includes supervising and motivating kitchen staff, menu preparation, stock control, and supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in daily operations. The Senior Chef leads by example and contributes to a positive, professional kitchen environment focused on guest satisfaction.
