Job Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing brand strategies that strengthen Mareva Beauty’s market presence and drive consumer loyalty. This role oversees brand positioning, product launches, marketing communications, and cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market insights.
  • Define brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging for Mareva Beauty products.
  • Ensure brand consistency across packaging, advertising, digital platforms, and retail environments.

Marketing Campaigns & Communications

  • Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, and digital).
  • Oversee product launches, promotions, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
  • Work with creative agencies, designers, and media partners to deliver high-quality brand materials.
  • Manage social media and digital branding initiatives in collaboration with the digital marketing team.

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor brand performance, awareness, and equity using relevant KPIs.
  • Gather insights from sales teams, customers, and distributors to refine brand strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Training, Product Development, and Supply Chain teams to ensure brand alignment.
  • Support sales teams with brand tools, training content, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with product development teams on packaging, formulations, and innovation concepts.

Budget & Performance Management

  • Develop and manage the brand budget effectively.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and brand KPIs.
  • Recommend improvements based on data and performance analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in brand or marketing management (cosmetics, FMCG, or lifestyle brands preferred).
  • Proven experience managing brands and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and digital marketing platforms.
