Job Summary
The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing training programs that enhance employee performance, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness. This role ensures that staff, distributors, and brand ambassadors are well-equipped with the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to support Mareva Beauty Company’s business objectives and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, sales results, and departmental consultations.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff, sales teams, beauty advisors, distributors, and promoters.
- Conduct product knowledge training, sales skills training, customer service training, and compliance training.
- Organize onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Coordinate refresher training and continuous professional development sessions.
Curriculum & Materials Development
- Design training manuals, presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
- Customize training content to align with Mareva Beauty products, brand values, and market needs.
- Ensure training materials are updated in line with new product launches and regulatory requirements.
Training Delivery & Evaluation
- Facilitate in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and on-the-job coaching.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Prepare training reports and recommend improvements based on outcomes.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Production teams to align training with business goals.
- Support field teams during activations, promotions, and product launches.
- Assist management in building a strong learning culture within the organization.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure training programs comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate training records and attendance registers.
- Manage training budgets and logistics where applicable.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Training & Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in a training or learning and development role (FMCG or beauty industry experience is an added advantage).
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to design engaging training content and materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital learning tools.
