Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively promote Mareva Beauty products, grow sales revenue, build strong customer relationships, and support the implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Activities

  • Generate new sales by identifying and reaching out to potential customers (retailers, wholesalers, salons, influencers, e-commerce partners).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Present product offerings and demonstrate product usage and benefits to customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company standards.
  • Collect daily sales data and prepare sales reports for management.

Marketing Activities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
  • Support brand promotion initiatives including product launches, promotions, sampling drives, and events.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to boost social media engagement and content distribution.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing, and opportunities.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report insights to help refine marketing strategies.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to product inquiries professionally.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Build and maintain a positive company image at all customer touchpoints.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Track and manage stock levels during promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (beauty or FMCG sector preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Nairobi and selected regions.
