Job Title: Product Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative Product Manager to lead the development, improvement, and lifecycle management of our products. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, translate customer needs into actionable requirements, and work cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and market adoption.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback assessments to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Create and refine product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth development and launch of new features and products.
  • Prioritise product backlog items based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead product testing, validation, and performance tracking to continuously improve user experience and product quality.
  • Monitor product KPIs, analyse data trends, and produce regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market activities and product positioning.
  • Act as the product champion, ensuring alignment and clear communication across internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, user-centred design, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into decisions.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in technology, SaaS, digital services, or product-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar product management platforms.
  • Certification in Product Management or Agile methodologies is an added advantage.
