Position : Sales Representative - Dubaï
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients operating in the truck and heavy-duty vehicle spare parts sector (European and Chinese parts) for the position of Outdoor Sales Representative, based in Dubai, working on-site.

Our client is a well-established company specialized in the wholesale and retail distribution of spare parts for trucks, trailers, and heavy-duty vehicles. The company supplies workshops, fleet operators, and spare parts dealers with high-quality and reliable products, serving both local and international markets. The organization is known for its strong customer relationships, competitive pricing, and efficient supply chain management.
Position Objective :
The Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by actively visiting workshops and spare parts shops, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers. The role requires strong field presence, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development :
- Conduct daily field visits to workshops, garages, and spare parts shops
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers within assigned territories
- Promote and sell the company’s range of truck and heavy-duty spare parts
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Take customer orders and ensure proper follow-up on deliveries and payments
- Handle customer objections and resolve sales-related issues professionally
Reporting & Market Feedback :
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, and opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports for management
- Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer demand

Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor or field sales
- Proven background in one or more of the following sectors:
- Truck and heavy-duty vehicle spare parts
- Automotive aftermarket parts distribution
- Wholesale and retail spare parts trading
- B2B sales in automotive, mechanical, logistics, or transport-related industries
Skills & Competencies :
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid knowledge of the truck and heavy-duty spare parts market
- Customer-focused approach with relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Excellent time management and route planning abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM systems)
- Accurate record-keeping and reporting skills
- Problem-solving and objection-handling abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic financial understanding (pricing, invoicing, payment follow-up)
