Position : Sales Agent - Zimbabwe

Tivis Commodity is a global sourcing and supply partner specialising in food ingredients, agricultural commodities, and industrial raw materials. We serve businesses across Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the United States with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and long-term value.
To strengthen our presence in Southern Africa, we are hiring a motivated Sales Agent in Zimbabwe to develop new business opportunities and expand our regional customer network.

  • Identify and onboard new buyers for products such as rice, coffee beans, makhana, spices, pulses, food additives, liquid glucose, and other commodities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, traders, distributors, grocery chains, manufacturers, and food processors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and competition trends.
  • Promote Tivis Commodity’s products through direct communication, meetings, calls, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Coordinate sample requests, quotations, pricing, and order negotiation.
  • Support follow-ups on shipments, orders, payments, and documentation with our internal supply team.
  • Prepare weekly market activity reports and sales updates.
  • Represent Tivis Commodity professionally and uphold brand integrity.

Required profile for job ad : Sales Agent - Zimbabwe

  • Demonstrated sales or trading experience in food commodities or import–export sector (preferred).
  • Strong local business network in FMCG, food processing, retail, wholesale, or trading.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet measurable targets.
  • Knowledge of import procedures and logistics (added advantage).
  • Self-driven, reliable, and confident in B2B engagement.
