Position : Civil Engineer - Kampala, Uganda

We are seeking a qualified Freshers and Experienced Civil Engineer to plan, design, supervise, and manage construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to required standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and manage civil engineering projects including buildings, roads, bridges, and drainage systems
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings, designs, and technical specifications
  • Supervise construction activities and ensure quality control on site
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance
  • Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations
  • Coordinate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare progress reports and project documentation

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • No Experience and Minimum of 2 or less years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and engineering standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar engineering software
  • Good communication and organizational skills
