Position : Commercial Sales Agent - Monrovia

As a Liberia-based Commercial Sales Agent, your primary mission is to grow BRISCOM’s client portfolio in Liberia. You will promote and sell our digital and creative services, mainly those that can be executed remotely: websites, mobile applications, communication consulting, graphic design, and certain audiovisual services. You will act as the commercial bridge between local prospects and our production team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect the Liberian market (calls, field visits, networking, events).
  • Identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Present and pitch BRISCOM’s services and build tailored commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals with businesses, organizations, NGOs, and institutions.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare quotations and deliver client briefs.
  • Ensure client follow-up until project kickoff and delivery.
  • Achieve agreed quarterly sales targets and provide monthly reporting.
  • Represent BRISCOM at local business events to increase brand visibility.

Required profile for job ad : Commercial Sales Agent - Monrovia

  • Resident in Liberia, preferably Monrovia.
  • 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital services, IT, consulting, or agency work.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent command of English; French is an asset but not required.
  • Knowledge of the Liberian business environment (SMEs, NGOs, institutions).
  • Highly autonomous, result-driven, organized, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working remotely with international teams.
  • Previous client references or portfolio appreciated.
